What happens if I want to return an instrument?

As long as the instrument is in A1 condition and is returned in the original packaging then a full refund will be granted on inspection of the instrument.

How do you arrange for pick up of instruments going for repair?

We can arrange a one off pick up service for you by our courier. They can be the next day if organized before 12:00 noon. This service costs £12.00 anywhere in the UK mainland, an over water extra surcharge of £10  will be added to this charge if appropriate!

How does your musical instrument repair service operate?

We will asses all instruments to the customer’s requirements on arrival and suggest any other necessary repairs that may be required, an email quotation will be sent at point of inspection if required.

What happens if the cost of repair costs are too much?

We will only charge you the cost of pick up and delivery.

How does the Haydock Music Options Scheme operate?

We simply let you have a paid trial with the musical instrument of your choice and ask for the balance at the end of the trial period. The balance will be the value of the instrument minus what you have paid for the trial. We credit check everyone and use a finance company to facilitate the scheme.

If I use the options scheme how long do I get to try before I have to buy?

You can try an instrument for 4 months upwards, but it can go up to 24 months if required, the instrument is owned by you if all 24 months are complete. Normally 4 months is long enough to see if someone has an aptitude for an instrument, but the scheme is flexible.

What happens if the musical instrument I purchased from Haydock Music instrument arrives damaged?

We need to be notified 48 hrs after the goods are signed for, we can then organize a replacement instrument to be delivered.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Is there extra delivery charge for non mainland UK residents?

What's Your Returns Policy?

You have the statutory 7 days returns but all items must be returned in the same condition they were received in and in the same packaging.
